For our client WAOH, a communication agency from Frankfurt, we were allowed to develop culinary concept evenings for five years. The task was to use an evening full of entertainment at the highest gastronomic level as a stage for our brand GOOSE Gourmet and to give the guests an unforgettable culinary moment. The GOOSE Gourmet concepts were so well received by the Restaurant Festival audience that some of them were completely sold out within 24 hours, so that a second evening had to be organised to cope with the great demand.

OUR CONCEPTS FROM 2016 TO 2022

  • 2016 – VILLA EXOTIQUEat the GOOSE Gourmet Pop-Up Restaurant ,,Villa Leonhardi '' in the Palmengarten9 exotic courses including matching wine accompaniment, at the highest level in the opulentlyexotically decorated Villa Leonhardi, musically accompanied by Matthias Westerweller.
  • 2017 – MILESTONESin the Private Dining Room by GOOSE Gourmet6 exclusive courses on the theme of "Milestones - the success story of GOOSE Gourmet". Theevening was accompanied by two top chefs from the 2-Michelin-star gastronomy.
  • 2018 – CONTRASTSin the Private Dining Room by GOOSE Gourmet5 exclusive courses in contrasting flavours, colours, temperatures, scents and textures + premiumwine accompaniment.
  • 2019 – OUR FOREST
    Sin the Private Dining Room by GOOSE Gourmet
    5 exclusive and sustainable courses with ingredients found exclusively in the forests aroundFrankfurt and collected especially for this evening: from stick bread made from buckwheat flour tovenison fillet from Dreieich.
  • 2022 – FROM NOSE TO TAIL OF THE GOOSEat the GOOSE Eventspace6 exclusive and sustainable courses for which the whole goose (Bauer Mann in Groß-Zimmern)was processed into Japanese dishes.
