GOOSE Gourmet accompanied the international furniture manufacturer Actiu during an exclusive event highlight in Frankfurt am Main. On the occasion of the Dorik tables receiving the prestigious German Design Award, our goal was to charmingly combine design and dinner experience. With plenty of creativity and passion, we developed a concept centered on interaction, offering guests a true experience in the form of a culinary live show.
Tablesetting & Decoration by FLOWERBOIZ
In close cooperation with our creative partner Flowerboiz, we developed a decoration concept that blended perfectly with the location colors. Anthuriums on the tables as well as accents made of aluminum and acrylic blocks underlined the modern architecture of the room. This setting allowed guests to anticipate the culinary delights to come from the moment they arrived.

Exclusive Location: Plot Projects Frankfurt
We chose Plot Projects in the heart of the Frankfurt art district as the venue. The former studio impresses with its large shop windows and minimalist architecture. This environment provided the perfect setting for an exclusive event in a small circle, which convinced through its unique character and that certain something.

Interactive Food Concept
The culinary centerpiece was an interactive five course menu where the barrier between guest and kitchen vanished. The final plating touches took place directly at the table, while our team personally explained the individual components and their preparation. This direct exchange created an atmosphere of exclusivity and approachability that made the evening truly special.
To complete the harmonious overall concept down to the smallest detail, we served the dishes on handmade ceramics by Viola Beuscher. The artisanal precision of the plates underlined the high standards of aesthetics and quality for which the award stands. Furthermore, Szechuan pepper blossoms provided a surprising moment and plenty of conversation.
Their electrifying, tingling effect left guests with a genuine wow effect and sharpened the senses for the coming aromas. The grand finale was a dessert made from the finest ingredients, created interactively as a colorful work of art directly in the center of the table.
