GOOSE Gourmet is an owner-managed catering and event company in Frankfurt am Main. Companies, agencies and brands planning an event get in touch with us. Your job: look after these enquiries personally and turn them into booked events.
You sell – and nothing else. You do not write quotes or plan events; our event team does that. You call, listen and follow up.
People returning to work are explicitly welcome. If you have been away for a while and want to get back in, you will fit in well here.
Language: very good German is required for this role.
Your responsibilities als Sales Manager/in in Frankfurt
- Your focus is personal contact with our clients and prospects. You do not write quotes or handle event planning – that is what our event team is for.
- You call new prospects after their enquiry and find out what matters to them for their event.
- You pass the relevant information to our event team, who prepare the quote.
- You follow up, clarify open questions and secure the decision.
- You look after existing clients and make sure they come back.
- Your goal: turn more enquiries into booked events and increase our conversion rate.
What you bring
- Above all, you enjoy talking to people. You do not have to be a classic salesperson.
- Very good written and spoken German.
- You like making phone calls and feel comfortable talking to strangers.
- Experience with clients – in whatever role.
- You stay on it until a decision is made.
- Sales experience is a plus, not a requirement. Experience from hotels, restaurants, event agencies, trade fairs or customer service helps a lot.
What we offer
- €20–24 per hour depending on experience – at 22.5 h/week around €1,950–2,340 gross per month.
- 1% of the net revenue of every event you win. Uncapped, even part-time.
- Fixed, plannable mornings – for example Monday to Friday, 9am to 2pm. We agree the exact schedule together.

Working hours and setup
20–25 hours per week on fixed mornings, for example Monday to Friday from 9am to 2pm. We agree the exact schedule together. You work at our office on Kleyerstraße in Frankfurt am Main.
