For the second time, we were able to take over the trade fair catering for DAIKIN at the ISH, the world's leading trade fair for water, heat and air. With a concept that combines precision, creativity and brand identity, we ensured that the trade fair appearance of the Japanese manufacturer of heat pumps, ventilation and air-conditioning systems DAIKIN, world market leader in its field, will be remembered not only visually but also in terms of flavour.
Catering to match the exhibition stand
DAIKIN stands for sustainable and energy-efficient solutions - and these values should also be reflected in the catering. Under the motto Urban Gardening, we developed a catering concept that focused on regional, seasonal ingredients from small, local producers and a surprising presentation.
The catering was perfectly integrated into the stand design and creatively showcased DAIKIN's brand identity.
On a stand area of 1,150 square metres, 35% of which was dedicated to catering, we catered for up to 7,550 guests over the five days of the show, serving delicious breakfasts, snacks, light lunches, coffee and sweet treats. Our meticulous planning and experienced service team ensured that everything ran smoothly, allowing our client and their guests to concentrate on the show experience.
