The Project at a Glance
On behalf of the Lord Mayor of the City of Frankfurt, we had the honour of catering the city's summer reception: a two-day event for a total of 360 invited guests in the beautiful garden of our partner venue, the Städel Museum. Our catering covered several areas to make sure the event as a whole became an unforgettable experience.
Our main task was to present a first-class Frankfurt barbecue buffet with an impressive length of 40 metres. We relied on live cooking stations that showcased culinary variety and let guests interact with our talented chefs. We paid particular attention to the quality and presentation of the food to meet the guests' high expectations.
Alongside the BBQ catering, we provided bar catering with a wide range of fine drinks and cocktails. Our experienced bartenders served drinks that paired perfectly with the food.
The atmosphere of the summer reception mattered just as much. We therefore took care of all the furniture, which complemented the setting with a stylish flair, while elaborate floral decoration created a harmonious and elegant ambience.
To make sure every guest was well looked after, we provided trained service staff who took care of all their needs. Our dedicated chefs and bartenders delivered a top-level hospitality experience, while our logistics team ensured the event ran smoothly.
