Sous Chef (m/f/d) Frankfurt

For 01.11.2023 (or start time by arrangement) we are looking for a Sous Chef (f/m/d) in full-time (4-day week) for our owner-managed catering company in Frankfurt, who will support us to the best of his/her ability with his/her creative and motivated way of working.

YOUR TASKS

  • Support in the preparation of high-quality meals
  • Contributing individual, independent ideas
  • Preparation and follow-up of caterings
  • Management of a small kitchen team
  • Orders and communication with suppliers
  • YOUR REQUIREMENT PROFILE
  • Enjoy working with high quality food
  • Completed vocational training and at least 5 years of professional experience as a chef
  • Distinct technical and social competence
  • Open, friendly and above all communicative manner
  • Well groomed appearance
  • Courteous approach to work with an eye for detail
  • Compliance with HACCP standards
  • Reliability and team spirit
  • Willingness to work on Saturdays (1 x per month)
  • Good knowledge of German
